NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE

OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER

A special meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Upper shall be held on October 1, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey for the purpose of further discussion of correspondence requesting de-annexation of a portion of the Township. Formal action may be taken. A copy of this notice shall be prominently posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and filed in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
