Applicant is requesting variances for front and rear yard setbacks for an addition to a residence at 4 Highland Avenue, Beesleys Point.
Applicant is requesting variances for front and side yard setbacks, lot width, lot frontage and percentage of building coverage to reconstruct an existing dwelling at 104 Putnam Road, Strathmere.
Interpretation of the zoning map in the area of Meghan Lane in Seaville.
Request for a use variance to construct a single family dwelling on a commercially zoned lot on the corner of Tecumseh and Commonwealth Avenues in Strathmere.
Application for a rear yard setback to construct a 2nd floor deck at 900 Bayview Drive, Strathmere.
Applicants are requesting variances for setbacks and the distance between buildings to construct sunrooms on the buildings to be constructed at Osprey Point, Route 9, Palermo.
Application for an extension of a previously granted lot frontage variance at Mark Avenue in Palermo.
