Application is for a use variance and variance/waiver to construct a 3,000 sq. ft. commercial building and 2 storage buildings at Vita Bella Restaurant, Route 9 South, Seaville.

2. DONALD & MARION YOUNG – BLOCK 670, LOTS 7 & 8 – BA 20-03:

Applicants are requesting variances for front, rear and side yard setbacks and percentage of building coverage for an addition to an existing dwelling and second floor addition to a garage at 9 W. Golden Oak Lane, Beesleys Point.

3. RAYMOND & CRYSTAL BLAINE – BLOCK 10, LOTS 215, 216, 218, 219.01, 219.02 – BA 21-02:

Application is for a use variance to construct a garage in the front yard area, a front yard setback and buffer variance at Route 49, Tuckahoe.

4. LARRY MIGLIACCIO AND LEONARD MIGLIACCIO – BLOCK 348, LOT 94 – BA 24-03:

Application is for sketch plat classification for a proposed 22 lot subdivision off of Route 50, Petersburg.
