Application is for amended site plan approval to install a natural gas fueling compressor, a concrete drive and a wash bay at 163 Route 50, Greenfield.

 

  1. ATLANTIC CAPE BUILDERS LLC – BLOCK 683, LOT 2 – BA05-10

 

Applicants are requesting a use variance to permit a single-family dwelling in the TC zoning district and a variance for lot area and width at 109 Route US 9 North, Marmora.

 

  1. SHORE SHINE CAR WASH LLC – BLOCK 600, LOT 48 – BA06-10

 

Application is for preliminary and final site plan approval and variances for lot width and frontage to convert 2 car wash bays into auto lube bays and to store boats and floats in the rear of the property at 452 Route US 9 South, Marmora.
