Application is for amended site plan approval to operate a natural gas compressor trailer at 163 Route 50, Greenfield.

 

  1. RALPH & DEANNA HOLT – BLOCK 652.01, LOT 19 – BA38-09

 

Applicants are requesting a use variance for expansion of a non-conforming use to permit five additional tables on the 2nd floor ancillary to the 1st floor and to extend the hours of operation to 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Ralph’s Bagels, 121 Tuckahoe Road, Marmora.

 

  1. ARTHUR CHILDS – BLOCK 453.08, LOT 290 – BA37-09

 

Applicant is requesting variances for building coverage and impervious surface coverage for the construction of an addition to a single-family dwelling and variance for a storage shed at 12 Caledonia Drive, Seaville.
