Application is for preliminary and final site plan approval and variances for lot width and frontage to convert 2 car wash bays into auto lube bays at 452 Route US 9 South, Marmora.

Application is for a one-year extension of a use variance granted for an age restricted 24-unit multi family development at 525 Tuckahoe Road, Marmora.

Application is for a one-year extension of a variance granted for lot frontage to construct a single-family dwelling at 501 Willets Road, Marmora.

Applicants are requesting variances for rear yard setback, setback to wetland buffer and maximum building height to construct a 2 story dwelling with a covered porch at 127 Harbor Road, Beesleys Point.
