Application is for preliminary and final site plan approval and variances for lot width and frontage to convert 2 car wash bays into auto lube bays at 452 Route US 9 South, Marmora.

 

  1. THOMAS SWENK – BLOCK 616, LOT 4 – BA07-10

 

Applicant is requesting a use variance for the expansion of a non-conforming use and a use variance to allow a use not permitted in the Residential zoning district and site plan waiver to construct a steel framed canopy for the purpose of supporting a photovoltaic solar array at Whippoorwill Campground, 810 S. Shore Road, Marmora.

Application is for a use variance for expansion of a non-conforming use to permit 5 additional tables on the 2nd floor and to change the hours of operation at Ralph’s Bagels, 121 Tuckahoe Road, Marmora.
