TOWNSHIP OF UPPER

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE, that on the 9th day of July 2009 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Upper in the County of Cape May took the following actions:

RALPH & DEANNA HOLT – BLOCK 652.01, LOT 19 – were granted amended preliminary and final site plan approval, use variance for expansion of a non-conforming use, variances for lot area, lot depth, impervious coverage and a waiver for parking stall size and to permit 6 tables on the first floor at Ralph’s Bagels, 121 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg.

ALL ACTION WATER SPORTS – BLOCK 558, LOT 27 – was granted preliminary and final site plan approval and a variance for impervious surface to construct a 2,000 sq. ft. accessory structure at 3024 Route US 9 South, Seaville. 

Minutes from the previous month were also approved.
