Application is for a one-year extension of variances previously granted for the construction of a single-family dwelling at 501 Willets Point Lane, Marmora.

Application is for a one-year extension of a previously granted use variance to allow a 24 unit age-restricted development at 525 Tuckahoe Road, Marmora.
