Continuation of an pplication is for a use variance for expansion of a non-conforming use, variance for lot depth, parking, rear and front yard setbacks, building coverage and lot coverage along with preliminary and final site plan approval to raise the building to flood elevation, construct a handicap ramp, re-establish use of one bedroom apartment and relocate shed at 236 Bayview Drive, Strathmere.
