Continuation of an application for a use variance for the expansion of a non-conforming use and site plan approval to operate Blitz’s Market and 2 residential units at 3075 Route US 9 South, Seaville.

 

  1. BLOCK 567, LOT 27 ASSOCIATES – BLOCK 567, LOT 27 – BA15-08

 

Applicant is requesting amendments to the final approved site plan for changes at Osprey Point, Palermo.

 

  1. CHRISTOPHER & JODI GEORGE – BLOCK 661, LOT 63 – BA19-08

 

Application is for front yard setback variance to construct a porch at 13 Redwish Avenue, Marmora.

 

  1. SHORE KIDS, LTD T/A TWISTIES TAVERN – BLOCK 841, LOT 9 – BA20-08

 

Application is for a use variance to raise the building to comply with FEMA regulations and renovate the building and add a second floor apartment, bulk variances and variances for parking and signage are also needed at 236 Bayview Avenue, Strathmere.
