Applicants are requesting variances for lot area, lot width, lot depth, front and rear yard setbacks, building coverage and variances for no improved road frontage to construct a single-family dwelling at Cedargrove Avenue, Marmora. 

 

  1. ROBERT RATOSKEY – BLOCK 735, LOT 4.01 – BA33-07

 

Application is to allow a 50 ft. wide driveway where 16 ft. is permitted at 105 Harbor Road, Beesleys Point.

 

  1. VINCE FLETCHER – BLOCK 730, LOTS 23 – 26 – BA03-08

 

Application is for a use variance to allow a car wash facility as a conditional use, bulk variances and site plan approval at Route 9 and Roosevelt Boulevard, Marmora.

 

  1. BRIAN AND BRIGITTE TURNER – BLOCK 836, LOT 3 – BA04-08

 

Application is for front and side yard setbacks to relocate the existing structure on site and raise it to provide parking at 405 Bayview Drive, Strathmere.

Applicant is requesting variances for lot depth and front yard setback to construct a home at 13 N. Commonwealth Avenue, Strathmere.
