This is a continuation of an application for the expansion of a non-conforming use to permit the addition of a deck on an existing duplex and variances for front yard setback and building coverage to construct a detached garage at 10 Route 9 North, Marmora.
This is a continuation of an application for a use variance for expansion of a non-conforming use and site plan approval to operate Blitzs Market and 2 residential units at 3075 Route US 9 South, Seaville.
Applicants are requesting variances for lot depth and the height of the proposed single-family dwelling at 201 N. Commonwealth Avenue, Strathmere.
