This is a continuation of an application for the expansion of a non-conforming use to permit the addition of a deck on an existing duplex and variances for front yard setback and building coverage to construct a detached garage at 10 Route 9 North, Marmora.

Applicant is requesting variances for front and side yard setbacks and lot coverage for a single-family dwelling currently under construction at 10 Randolph Avenue, Strathmere.
