The regular meeting of the Upper Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey at 7:30 p.m.

  1. RALPH & DEANNA HOLT – BLOCK 483, LOTS 17 & 18 – BA27-07

 

Applicants are requesting variances for lot area, lot frontage, lot width, lot depth, front and rear yard setbacks, building coverage and variances for not having any improved road frontage to construct a single-family dwelling at Cedargrove Avenue, Marmora.

 

  1. MARMORA STORAGE LLC / MANCHESTER SELF-STORAGE – BLOCK 599, LOT 37 – BA30-07

 

Application is for amended site plan approval and a use variance to permit outside storage at 21st Century Storage, 101 Route US 9 South, Marmora.

 

  1. DOLORES CLAYTON / CLAYTON INDUSTRIES INC. – BLOCK 599, LOTS 26 THROUGH 28 – BA32-07

 

Applicant is requesting variances for expansion of outside display, multiple principal uses, side yard setbacks, number of parking spaces, building coverage, impervious coverage, and a variance from the condition of providing decorative fence, along with amended site plan approval and waivers at Plaza 9, 215 Route 9 South, Marmora.

 

  1. THOMAS SMEAD – BLOCK 567, LOT 45.08 – BA34-07

 

Application is to allow a 6 ft. high fence in the front yard where only 4 ft. is permitted at 15 Nadine Boulevard, Palermo. 

 

  1. MARILYN ROLAND – 855, LOTS 2 & 2.01 – BA02-03

 

Application is for a use variance to raise an existing boathouse at 204 N. Bayview Drive in Strathmere.

 

  1. VINCE FLETCHER – BLOCK 730, LOTS 23 – 26 – BA03-08

 

Application is for a use variance to allow a car wash facility as a conditional use, bulk variances and site plan approval at Route 9 and Roosevelt Boulevard, Marmora.
