Application is for a use variance to allow 2 principal uses on the lot, storage in the front yard, front yard setback, open storage on a non-impervious surface, pre-existing setbacks, use variance to allow a marine repair and storage facility and a waiver of the site plan requirements at 3049A Route US 9 South, Seaville.

2.     CRAIG SCHWEMMER – BLOCK 18, LOTS 1 THROUG 4 – BA27-08

Applicant is requesting a use variance to permit an existing mother in law apartment to continue to exist as a COAH unit at 232 Marshallville Road, Tuckahoe.
