Applicants are requesting variances for lot area, lot width, lot depth, front and rear yard setbacks, building coverage and variances for no improved road frontage to construct a single-family dwelling at Cedargrove Avenue, Marmora.

 

  1. BRIAN & BRIGITTE TURNER – BLOCK 836, LOT 3 – BA04-08

 

Application is for front and side yard setback variances to relocate the existing structure on site and raise it to provide parking at 405 Bayview Drive, Strathmere.

Applicants are requesting variances for lot depth and front yard setbacks to construct a home at 13 N. Commonwealth Avenue, Strathmere.
