NOTICE OF ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE BOARD

TOWNSHIP OF UPPER

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE, that on the 13^th day of November 2008 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Upper in the County of Cape May took the following actions:

912 NORTH SHORE ROAD LLC – BLOCK 479, LOT 108 – were granted amended site plan approval and a use variance to permit 2 principal uses on 1 lot, bulk variance and variance for to permit outside display in the front yard for a 2 phase project to expand parking and storage, new storage and restroom facility and replace sign at 912 North Shore Road, Beesleys Point.

WILLIAM AND CHERYLE EISELE – BLOCK 476, LOT 7.01 – were granted bulk variances to construct a front porch and addition to their existing residence at 280 South Old Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg.

KRISTINA WRIGHT – BLOCK 348, LOT 84 – was granted preliminary major subdivision approval and variances for a 4 lot major subdivision at 1581 Route 50, Petersburg.

JOHN AND MARY BALTZ – BLOCK 561.01, LOT 32.39 – were granted a variance to construct a front porch on their existing residence at 210 Tennyson Place, Seaville.

Minutes from the previous month were also approved.
