Application is for a front yard setback and lot coverage variance to add a deck to their residence at 1301 Commonwealth Avenue, Strathmere.

 

  1. RALPH RIGG – BLOCK 565.05, LOT 27 – BA22-07

 

Application is for a side yard setback variance to construct a detached garage at 25 Foxborough Road, Seaville.

Application is for a use variance to permit a 24-unit age restricted housing facility at 525 Tuckahoe Road, Marmora.

Applicant is requesting variances for lot frontage and no improved road frontage to construct a single-family dwelling at 501 Willets Road, Marmora.

 

5.  ERS CONSTRUCTION – BLOCK 791, LOT 1 – BA25-07

 

Applicant is requesting a use variance for the height of the structure, front yard setback variance and a variance for the number of driveway openings to renovate an existing single-family dwelling at 2612 Commonwealth Avenue, Strathmere.

 

  1.  RALPH & DEANNA HOLT – BLOCK 483, LOTS 17 & 18 – BA27-07

Applicants are requesting variances for lot area, lot frontage, lot width, lot depth, front, rear and side yard setbacks, building coverage and no improved road frontage to construct a single-family dwelling at Cedargrove Avenue, Marmora.

 

  1. KRISTINA WRIGHT – BLOCK 348, LOT 84 – BA28-07

 

Application is for a use variance for expansion of a non-conforming use; a setback variance for the location of the sign; and amended site plan approval for the open display area in the front of Max Marine, 1581 Route 50, Tuckahoe.
