Applicant is requesting a use variance for a residence and attached office, site plan approval and bulk variances at 2 Farm Road, Petrsburg.
Applicants are requesting variances for lot area, lot frontage, lot width, lot depth, front and rear yard setbacks, building coverage and no improved road frontage to construct a single-family dwelling at Cedargrove Avenue in Marmora.
Application is for a use variance for expansion of a non-conforming use to utilize a portion of lot 3.01 as part of his commercial operation, setback variance for the storage sheds on site and a site plan waiver to operate Luke’s Landscaping at 149 Route 50 in Seaville.
Application is for a use variance to construct an addition to an existing duplex at 7 Bayview Avenue in Palermo.
Application is for a use variance to construct a 24’ x 32’ garage with a second floor apartment to be utilized by a family member at 971 Mount Pleasant/Tuckahoe Road in Tuckahoe.
Application is for amended site plan and a use variance to permit outside storage at 21st Century Storage, 101 Route US 9 South, Marmora.
