TAKEN BY THE BOARD

TOWNSHIP OF UPPER

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE, that on the 2nd day of April 2007 the Zoning Board of the Township of Upper in the County of Cape May took the following actions:

MICHAEL PODOLSKY – BLOCK 791, LOT 49 – was granted bulk variances to raise and renovate an existing structure at 1704 Commonwealth Avenue, Strathmere.

JOSEPH COFFEY – BLOCK 835, LOT 12 – was granted bulk variances to construct a second floor deck at 38 Tecumseh Road, Strathmere.

JOHN & MARY SCHMELZER – BLOCK 842, LOT 1 – was granted a use variance to construct a deck on an existing tower attached to their residence at 108 S. Bayview Drive, Strathmere.

HOLLY BERRY, LLC – BLOCK 453, LOT 182.03 – were granted preliminary and final site plan approval and several bulk variances to construct 3 separate commercial buildings at 94 Route 50, Greenfield.

The board also approved the minutes and resolutions from the previous meeting.
