A special meeting of the Upper Township Planning Board will be held at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey at 7:30 p.m. to hear the following applications. 

  1. DAVID LEVARI – BLOCK 565.03, LOTS 78, 79, 80, 82 – SD 12-03:

Application is for final approval of a 9 lot major subdivision at 1710 Route US 9 South, Seaville.

  1. SEAVILLE PROPERTIES, LLC – BLOCK 561, LOT 2 – PB 11-03:

Application is for preliminary and final site plan approval and variance for the number of parking spaces to construct a CVS on Route 9 South, Seaville.
