UPPER TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD

JULY 27, 2010

A special meeting of the Upper Township Planning Board will be held at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey at 6 p.m.

The purpose of the special meeting is to adopt the following resolution:

ELAINE AND HAROLD MESSNER – BLOCK 453, LOTS 259.59 AND 259.60 – RESOLUTION # SD02-10

Amended preliminary and final subdivision approval and variances for lot frontage and to allow an 8 ft high fence to construct one single family dwelling off of Corson Tavern Road, Seaville.
