Application is for preliminary and final site plan approval along with several variances to construct a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of Route 9 and Roosevelt Boulevard in Marmora.

Applicant is requesting classification of a proposed 3 lot major subdivision and variance for lot frontage at 1861 Route US 9 South, Seaville.
