MEETING MINUTES

MAY 21, 2009

The regular meeting of the Upper Township Planning Board was held at Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey at 7:00 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Present:  Daniel Bready, William Brown, Curtis Corson, James Schroder, Donald Kissling, and Chair Renee Scrocca.

Absent:  James Kelly, Gary Riordan, Susan Ragan, and Mayor Richard Palombo.

Also in attendance were Dean Marcolongo, Board Solicitor; Paul Dietrich, Board Engineer; Shelley Lea, Board Secretary.

APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 16, 2009 MEETING MINUTES

A motion to approve the minutes was made by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Schroder, and approved.

RESOLUTIONS

1. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS – BLOCK 306, LOT 27

A motion to adopt the resolution was made by Mr. Corson, seconded by Mr. Schroder, and approved.

2. RICHARD & ROCHELLE CRABTREE – BLOCK 348, LOT 94.01 – PB03-09

A motion to adopt the resolution was made by Mr. Corson, seconded by Mr. Brown, and approved.

APPROVAL OF BILLS

A motion to approve the bills for payment was made by Mr. Corson, seconded by Mr. Kissling, and approved.

JUNE MEETING DATE – WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2009

The date of the June meeting was changed to Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mr. Corson, seconded by Mr. Schroder, and approved.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
