TOWN HALL COUNCIL ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING – INFORMATIONAL

The Board will review the Upper Township’s Fair Share and Housing Plan to meet the Township’s COAH obligation and establish a strategy to meet the Township’s COAH obligation.  The Board will also discuss the options available to meet the COAH requirements and to evaluate the various locations throughout the Township that affordable housing may be constructed.
