Application is for a 2 lot minor subdivision with variances at 9 Prescott Avenue, Strathmere. 

2. STRATHMERE DEANNEXATION – regarding the petition filed by the Citizens for Strathmere and Whale Beach to deannex a portion of Upper Township commonly known as Strathmere and Whale Beach from Upper Township and annex same to Sea Isle City, New Jersey.
