TOWNSHIP OF UPPER

TOWN HALL COUNCIL ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Upper Township Planning Board will be held on October 16, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey. 

The purpose of this meeting will be to review the Upper Township’s Fair Share and Housing Plan to meet the Township’s COAH obligation and establish a strategy to meet the township’s COAH obligation. 

This meeting will be to discuss and present the various options that are available to the Township to meet COAH’s requirements and to evaluate the various locations throughout the Township that the affordable housing may be constructed. 

This is an informational session to help the Planning Board and Housing Sub-Committee evaluate the Township’s options. 

The public is encouraged to attend this meeting.
