TAKE NOTICE, that on the 18th day of October 2007 the Planning Board of the Township Of Upper in the County of Cape May took the following actions:
SP MARMORA LLC BLOCK 348, LOT 94.15 were granted site plan approval for the construction of an office and garage at 1437 Route 50, Petersburg.
CLARENCE DEVAUL BLOCK 551, LOTS 1, 2 & 31 was denied a request to subdivide property at Route 50 and Katharine Avenue, Seaville.
FREDERICK DALEY / DALEYS PIT BLOCK 453, LOT 3 was granted site plan approval for the continuation of a mining operation at 1701 Dennisville-Petersburg Road, Petersburg.
Minutes and Resolutions from the previous month were approved.
