Application is for a minor subdivision to realign 3 lots into 2 lots and variances for lot area, lot frontage and lot width at Route 50 and Katharine Road, Seaville.

2.      SP MARMORA LLC – BLOCK 348, LOT 94.15 – PB11-07

Application is for preliminary and final site plan approval for an office and automotive garage at 1437 Crop Road, Petersburg. 

3.      FREDERICK DALEY T/A DALEY’S PIT – BLOCK 453, LOT 3 – PB12-07

Application is for site plan approval for the purpose of renewing their mining license and a buffer variance at 1701 Dennisville-Petersburg Road, Tuckahoe.
