       NOTICE OF AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Upper has awarded the following Contract, without competitive bidding, as a Professional Services Contract:

 

Name and Address:       Shore Veterinarians

Animal Control Services, L.L.C.

73 Hope Corson Rd

Seaville, NJ 08230

 

 

 

Contract Services:           To provide professional services necessary to provide animal control services within the Township, commencing September 15, 2011 through September 14, 2012.

                                          

 

 

Amount:                               At a rate set forth in the contract.                       

 

 

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the aforesaid Contract for Professional Services was awarded without competitive bidding, as permitted by the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1, et seq.   

 

This Notice is published in accordance with the require­ments of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5.
