       NOTICE OF AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Upper has awarded the following Contract, without competitive bidding, as a Professional Services Contract:

 

Name and Address:       Accounts Receivable Management, Inc.

                        155 Mid Atlantic Parkway

                        Thorofare   NJ   08086

 

 

Contract Services:           To provide collection services for

Emergency medical service accounts.

 

Amount:                               At a rate set forth in the contract.                       

 

 

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the aforesaid Contract for Professional Services was awarded without competitive bidding, as permitted by the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1, et seq.   

 

This Notice is published in accordance with the require­ments of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5.
