RESOLUTIONS

 

      1.  Appointment of Barbara L. Young as Deputy Registrar to the Clerk’s Office.

 

  1. Authorizing the hiring of Morgan Leigh as a Seasonal Boat Ramp Attendant for the Department of Recreation at the Beesley’s Point Boat Ramp for the 2003 season.

 

3.      Appointment of Donald Hamilton, Sr. as Community Center Attendant and Terry C. Terry as Alternate Community Center Attendant for the Department of Recreation.

 

  1. Appointment of Jason Harris as a part-time seasonal employee to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.

 

  1. Authorizing the Extension of an Interlocal Services Agreement with the Borough of Woodbine and the Township of Dennis for the sharing of a radar equipped vehicle for an additional term of one (1) year commencing July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004.

 

6.   Authorizing the Mayor to sign various New Jersey Dept. of Transportation Municipal Aid Grant Applications for the fiscal year 2004. 

 

7.      Authorizing a further extension of a temporary office trailer for the use of Discovery Travel and We’ve Got Mail owned by Robert and Melissa Maschio, at Wayside Village for an additional period of ninety (90) days as a result of a fire on November 24, 2002.

 

8.   Requirement as a member of the Joint Insurance Fund-Adopting a form to be completed by claimants in connection with notices of claims against the Township of Upper.

 

9.       Authorizing the release of Performance Bond and the acceptance of a 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of $21,700.00 for McDaniels Court Major Subdivision, Block 348, Lot 83.

 

10.  Authorizing a contract for emergency repairs at the Beesleys Point Boat Ramp.
