APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 23, 2003 Regular Meeting and

Closed Session Minutes

1. Resolution in compliance with the Local Finance Board of the State of New Jersey with regards to the 2002 annual audit—certifying that all members of the governing body have received and reviewed it.

2. Opposing changes to the New Jersey Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled program (PAAD), and the Senior Gold program.

3. Tax Corrections.

4. Chapter 159 for the insertion of an item of revenue in the budget which was not determined at the time of adoption of the budget--$23,208.47 from the State of New Jersey Clean Communities Grant Program.

5. Confirming the appointment of Melissa Hasselman as part-time employee of the U.T. Rescue Squad.

6. Appointing Greg Hughes and Elizabeth Millar as additional 2003 season Beach Patrol Personnel.

7. Appointment of Kristen Errickson, Tax Assessor as a member to the Upper Township Board of Health.

8. Accepting performance bond for major subdivision Magnolia Court, Block 549, Lots 52 & 54, developer Georgetti Construction.

9. Municipal Engineer—Re: Architectural services for addition to Municipal Building.

10. Finance Office--Acceptance of the Corrective Action Plan for 2002 Audit.

11. Discussion of possible ordinance amendment--regarding Domestic Livestock.
