     1.    Second Reading and Final Adoption:  Ordinance 001-2003, Re:  AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR THE HANDLING AND DISPOSITION OF ANIMALS AT THE UPPER TOWNSHIP ANIMAL SHELTER OR AT ANY OTHER SHELTER OR POUND OPERATED WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER.

 

    2.    Introduction of Ordinance No. 002-2003, Re:  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #012-2002 KNOWN AS THE SALARY ORDINANCE FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2003.

3.  Honoring James A. Waldron for his 25 years of service to the Township of Upper.

 

  1. Honoring Boy Scout, Robert Greenling from Troop 79, on attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.  

 

  1. Appointment of Paul Dietrich as Municipal Engineer effective March 31, 2003.

 

6.   Appointment of James  R. Birchmeier, Esquire as Upper Township Prosecutor.

 

7.  Appointing Robert J. Young as Laborer to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.

 

  1.  Authorizing the Township of Upper to submit an application for and execute a sub-contract with the County of Cape May Concerning additional funding to the Municipal Alliance Grant for 2003. 

 

9.  Acceptance of Performance Bond for Richnan Group, L.P., for the Killdeer Hill Major   Subdivision, Block 453, Lot 98.01.  

 

  1.  Adoption of policy with respect to future Municipal land sales.

      12.  Authorizing an extension of time for placement of a temporary office trailer for the use of Discovery Travel and We’ve Got Mail/Robert and Melissa Maschio, at Wayside Village for an additional period of ninety (90) days as a result of a fire on November 24, 2002.
