Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Upper shall be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, NJ, for the purpose of consideration on the following matter:

Country Shore Women’s Club--request for approval on amendment to Games of Chance application to reschedule their event to Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010 in accordance with the regulations of the State of New Jersey; (Bingo #360, and Raffle #361).   

Formal action is expected to take place. 

A copy of this notice shall be prominently posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building, filed in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, and distributed in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
