       NOTICE OF AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Upper has awarded the following Contract, without competitive bidding, as a Professional Services Contract:

Name and Address:       Louis A. Bonato

                        22 Mockingbird Lane

                        Petersburg, NJ 08270

Contract Services:           To act as Appraiser for the Township of

                                           Upper for the appraisal of lots in connection with the Townships anticipated sale to land owners.

Amount:                               At a rate set forth in the contract.                       

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the aforesaid Contract for Professional Services was awarded without competitive bidding, as permitted by the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1, et seq.   

This Notice is published in accordance with the require­ments of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5.
