HI everyone,
It has been a year since we last met to participate in a visioning workshop to discuss the future planning of the town centers in Seaville and Marmora. The planners have been hard at work, coordinating issues with the NJDOT, County Engineer’s office, Garden State Parkway and Office of Smart Growth.
They have meet several times with a sub-committee of the planning board to go over your comments and they have prepared a DRAFT version of the Form Based Code. This code would revise our existing zoning rules.
We would now like to meet again with you to go over this new code, answer questions and determine if we are going in the right direction.
The Draft code will be put online towards the end of February at the Township’s website. I will let you know when it is available.
