    1. Upper Township Board of Education--presentation of the UTBE’s building initiative for a new elementary school.

2.      Honoring Brenda Layton on her retirement from the Township of Upper.

 

  1. Congratulating employee George Grund of the Upper Township Public Works Department for his winning entry in the Upper Township Safety Award program for the 4th quarter of 2010.

 

4.      Approval of a payment plan for a Municipal Lien placed on Block 306, Lot 27 on the tax map of the Township of Upper. 

 

  1. Accepting the bid of and authorizing the execution of a contract with VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialists of Berlin, New Jersey for the 2010 or Newer Chassis and Remount on Existing Rescue Squad Ambulance Body project at a cost of $84,877.80.

 

  1. Authorizing the Chief Finance Officer to withdraw funds in the amount of $53,500 from the account entitled Recreation Trust Fund-Developers, for recreational improvements.
