2.      Authorizing the Mayor and Township Clerk to sign a contract for Animal Control Services in Upper Township.

 

3.      Appointment of Louis A. Bonato as an appraiser for the Township of Upper. 

 

4. Authorizing participation in the South Jersey Power Cooperative for electric service.

      13.  Request to hold an annual run through Upper Township honoring NJ’s Fallen Heroes in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom on September 25th and 26th 2010.

 

  1. Beacon Animal Rescue--request to hold raffle on October 16, 2010 at the Upper Township Community Center, (#375).

 

  1. Church of the Resurrection--request to hold Bingo games on various dates from October 7, 2010 through April 28, 2011 at the Upper Township Community Center (BA#376).

16.        Report of bids received for Rescue Squad ambulance chassis.

 

17.  R. Bonner—request for payment plan for taxes and lien charges for Block 306, Lot 27.
