   7. Public Hearing and Final Adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 007-2010, RE:  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER II ENTITLED “ADMINISTRATION”AND CHAPTER V, ENTITLED “PERSONNEL”, OF THE CODE OF UPPER TOWNSHIP TO MERGE CERTAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT INTO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TO CREATE THE DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS AND TO ADD OR DELETE TOWNSHIP POSITIONS TO REFLECT TOWNSHIP OPERATIONS.

                                                                               

 8.   Public Hearing and Final Adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 008-2010, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 028-2009 KNOWN AS THE SALARY ORDINANCE FOR THE CALENDAR 2010. 

 

9.    Public Hearing and Final Adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 009-2010, RE: AUTHORIZING THE USE OF UP TO $90,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ACQUISITION OF AN AMBULANCE CHASSIS AND REFIT EXISTING BODY FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER, DIVISION OF EMS.

10. Reassignment of titles from the former Recreation Department to the Public Works Department and the Department of Sports and Recreational Programs.
