3.  Authorizing the execution of a Subcontract with the County of Cape May for the 2011 Municipal Alliance Program.

 

4.  Tax Refund Resolution.

 

5.  Strongly urging the New Jersey Department of Transportation to commence with the planned replacement of the Route 50 Bridge over the Tuckahoe River between Tuckahoe in the Township of Upper, County of Cape May, and Corbin City in the County of Atlantic.

 

6. A Resolution strongly urging that the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection takes immediate steps to remediate the Environmental Contamination

      in Block 549, Lot 164, at 4 McDonald Drive, Seaville, in the Township of Upper,

      County of Cape May.

 

7.  Declaring certain Township property as surplus and authorizing its disposal by sale on an online auction website.

 

8. Resolution and Certification with respect to the 2009 Annual Audit and in compliance with the Local Finance Board of the State of New Jersey.

9.  Authorizing the Mayor to submit and sign Municipal Aid Grant application for fiscal year 2011.
