PRESENTATION

 

    1.  Presentation of Resolution No. 094-2010, RE:  Honoring Cadette Girl Scouts from Troops of the “Girl Scouts of the USA, North Cape May Service Unit” on attaining their Girl Scout Silver Award:  Hannah Annarelli, Rebecca Bross, Shannon Green, Rebecca Kolimaga, Meghan Laverty, Jessica Mruz, and Carly Taylor.

 

RESOLUTIONS

 

  1. Honoring Guy Austin Simpson, II on attaining the designation of "Eagle Scout".

 

  1. Congratulating employee Barbara Young of the Upper Township Clerks Office for her winning entry in the Upper Township Safety Award Program for the 2nd quarter of 2010.

 

4.      Honoring Pastor Henry Anderson for his years of service to the Community and the Tuckahoe United Methodist Church and congratulating him on his retirement.

 

5.      Authorizing the extension of a Shared Services Agreement with the Borough of Woodbine and the Township of Dennis for the sharing of a radar equipped vehicle for an additional term of one (1) year commencing July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.

 

6.      Accepting the written indoor Air Quality Program and confirming the appointment of Paul E. Dietrich as Air Quality Control Officer in charge of compliance of the program, pursuant to the “PEOSH”, indoor air Quality Compliance Program under N.J.A.C. 12:100-13.

 

7.      Appointing the 2010 Beach Patrol personnel.

 

8.      Appointment of Luke Hogan, Michael Pfaff, and Hillary Morris as Part-Time Seasonal Beach Sweepers to the Upper Township Recreation Department.

 

9.      Chapter 159 Resolution for the insertion of a special item of revenue into the 2010 Budget that was not determined at the time of the adoption of the Budget—State of New Jersey 2010 Clean Communities Grant Program in the amount of $28,689.30.

 

10.  Tax Refund.

 

11.   Authorizing the amendment of the Professional Services contract with J.P. Bainbridge & Associates, Inc. and J. Paul Bainbridge.

 

12.  Resolution to authorize Wawa Gift Cards to employees of the Public Works and Recreation Departments.

 

ORDINANCES

 

13.  Public Hearing and Final Adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 005-2010 RE: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER AND THE COUNTY OF CAPE MAY ALONG OLD TUCKAHOE ROAD, UPPER TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY.
