RESOLUTIONS

1. A Resolution congratulating Upper Township’s 11U All Star Baseball Team on their winning season and becoming the Southern New Jersey Cal Ripken State Champions.

2. Proclaiming October 4, 2009 “Change Your Clock, Change Your Battery Day”

in Upper Township.

3. Rejecting all bids received for the 2009 Paving Program and authorizing the Township to re-advertise for bids.

4. Declaring certain Township property and equipment as surplus and authorizing its disposal by sale on an online auction website.

5. Cancel Taxes on Township Acquired Property.

6. Cancel Municipal Tax Liens on Township Acquired Property.

7. Authorizing the execution of a Shared Services Agreement with the Township of Dennis to provide Municipal Court Services

8. Authorizing the amendment of a professional services contract with Dr. Stewart C.

Farrell/Coastal Research Center of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with

respect to a proposal for beach stabilization for the Strathmere section of Upper

Township.

9. Authorizing The Purchase Of The Following Item: 100 Hd Rotary Phase Converter

Cedarberry #8100-005 Purchased Under State Contract From Prosource Packaging,

Inc., 14911 Stuebner Airline Suite A., Houston, TX 77069.

10. Authorizing the Township of Upper to enter into a contract with Atlanticare

Occupational Medicine to provide Occupational Medicine Services to members

of Upper Township Departments of Public Works and Recreation.

11. Public Hearing and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 020-2009, RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER VII OF THE CODE OF UPPER TOWNSHIP.
