  1. Appointment of Leroy Shone as Supervisor of Roads to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.

 

   2.   Appointment of Leroy Shone to Recycling Coordinator to the Upper Township

  1. Appointment of Christopher Thomas to Assistant Supervisor of Roads to the Upper Township Department of  Public Works.

 

4.  Amending Resolution No. 153-2009 that adopts the provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:14.17.38   under which a public employer may agree to pay for the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) coverage of certain retirees.

ORDINANCES

 

  1.  Public Hearing and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 016-2009 RE: Bond Ordinance providing for the acquisition of a street sweeper by the Township of Upper, in the County of Cape May, New Jersey appropriating $250,000.00 therefore and authorizing the issuance of $237,500.00 bonds or notes of the Township of Upper to finance part of the cost thereof.

 

  1. Public Hearing and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 017-2009 RE: An Ordinance for determining positions eligible for the Defined Contribution Retirement Program and amending revised General Ordinance Chapter 5 of the Code of Upper Township.
