  1. New Appointments to the Recreation Committee.

 

  1. Appointment of James M. Jones as Supervising Carpenter to the Upper Township Public Works Department.

 

  1. Appointment of Joseph Paynter as Mechanic to the Upper Township Public Works Department.

 

  1. Amending Resolution No. 148-2009 with the Appointment of William McDaniels, Jr. as Carpenter’s Helper to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.

   10.   Authorizing the Deputy Mayor to execute a New Jersey Department of Environmental

            Protection Land Use Regulation Program Application for the purpose of Beach 

            and Dune Maintenance Activities on the Beaches in Strathmere, Upper Township,  Cape May County, New Jersey.     

 

11.    Budget Transfer.

 

   12.  Authorizing the Township of Upper to enter into a contract with AtlantiCare  Occupational Medicine to provide occupational medicine services to members of

            Upper Township Departments of Public Works and Recreation.

13.  Introduction and First Reading of ORDINANCE NO. 026-2009, RE: REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 009-2005 PROHIBITING CERTAIN SEX OFFENDER RESIDENCY.

 

   14. Introduction and First Reading of ORDINANCE NO.  27-2009, RE: REPEAL AND AMENDMENT OF RECREATION FACILITIES AND CONDOMINIUM CAMPGROUND ORDINANCE PROVISIONS IN CHAPTERS 19 AND 20 OF THE CODE OF UPPER TOWNSHIP DUE TO CHANGES IN STATE LAW AND JUDICIAL DECISIONS.
