  1.  Public Hearing and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 008-2008 Re:  An Ordinance Vacating A Portion of that paper street known as Atlantic Avenue, between Stagecoach Road and Chestnut Avenue within the Township Of Upper, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey. 

 

  1. Public Hearing and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 009-2009, Re: An Ordinance authorizing a utility easement agreement among the Township of Upper, Atlantic City Electric Company and Verizon New Jersey, Inc. for the real property commonly known as 2028 Tuckahoe Road, Upper Township, New Jersey.

 

      11.  Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 012-2009, RE:  An Ordinance vacating Whittier Avenue abutting Block 842, Lot 3 and Block 849, Lot 1 as the

            same appear on the current Official Tax Map of the Township of Upper, Cape May County, New Jersey.
