1. Resolution No.064-2008 Re: Honoring
Webelos Scouts of Cub Scout Pack 71, David Decredico, Oliver Trout-Baron, Brian
Foster, Sawyer Jones, and Russell Belz, on attaining the Arrow of Light Award.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- Ralph Holt, request to purchase Township owned land,
Block 483, Lots 16, 19-20, 25-30, 31-36 and 38-40.
RESOLUTIONS
- Honoring Cadette Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New
Jersey Bethany Dowling, Amy Lord, Laura Wilson, Krista Zoller, Katie Thomson,
and Sahrya Holder on attaining their Girl Scout Silver Award.
- Appointment of Patricia Smyth as a full time employee to
the Upper Township Clerk’s Office.
- Confirming the appointment of John L. Sammons as a
part-time employee of the Upper Township Division of Emergency Medical
Services.
- Approving the application of the Tuckahoe Volunteer Fire
Co. for highway coin drops.
- Accepting the Performance Bond of Richnan Group, L.P.
for the Major Subdivision on Block 453, Lots 259.07 & 259.19. Subdivision:

- Adopting revised Upper Township Personnel Policies,
Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook.
- Authorizing the disposal of personal property with no
market value.
- Designation of the walking and bike path at Amanda’s
Field as an area where the walking of leashed dogs is permitted.
- Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Display.
- Confirming the appointment of Committee Member and
Alternate Member to the Upper Township Recreation Committee.
- Appointment of Laurence Bond as Supervisor of Roads to
the Upper Township Department of Public Works.
- Appointment of Leroy Shone as Assistant Supervisor of
Roads to the Upper Department of Public Works.
- Appointment of Thomas Woolley as Supervising Equipment
Operator to the Upper Township Public Works Department.
- Authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to withdraw
funds in the amount of $150,000.00 from the account entitled Recreation Trust
Fund-Developers for improvements at the Amanda’s Field Recreation Complex.

Tuckahoe Triathlon & Duathlon, on Sunday, August 17, 2008, and use
the Beesley’s Point Beach beginning from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
