  1. Confirming the appointment of Anthony Caine as a part-time employee of the Upper Township Division of Emergency Medical Services.

 

      2.   Appointment of Kenneth Yakopcic to the Upper Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.

     

3.  Appointment of William Handley, Jr. as the Upper Township representative to the Great Egg Harbor National Scenic and Recreational River Council.

 

  1.  Authorizing the Mayor to sign the contract between the Township of Upper and Council 71, American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), AFL-CIO for the term of January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2010.

 

  1. Authorizing Change Order #1 to the 2007 Grading of Baseball Fields at Amanda’s

            Field project for installation of an irrigation system resulting in an increase in the     amount of $20,000.

      7.  Declaring certain Township property and equipment as surplus and authorizing its    disposal by sale on an Online Auction Website.

 

      8.  Accepting the 2008 Solid Waste Collection Rules and Regulations resident information packet Pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Revised General Ordinances of Upper Township.

 

9.      Accepting the Bid of and authorizing the execution of a contract with Channel Marine Construction, Inc., of Clermont, NJ 08210 for the replacement of Sumner Avenue Bulkhead in the amount of $57,500.
