      2.  Congratulating employee Barbara Young of the Upper Township Clerk’s Office

           for her winning entry in the Upper Township Safety Award Program for the 4th    Quarter of 2007.

 

3.      A resolution recognizing Daniel Young for his service on the Upper Township Baseball Association and extending to him thanks and appreciation.

 

4.      A resolution recognizing Erik Ortolf for his service on the Recreation Committee Of the Township of Upper and extending to him thanks and appreciation.

 

5.      Honoring Civil Air Patrol 2nd Lt. Tristan Kooker on attaining the “Brigadier Billy Mitchell” award, Civil Air Patrol’s highest cadet honor.
