 9.  Authorizing the award of a Professional Services Contract with Dr. Stewart C.    Farrell/Coastal Research Center of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey for Beach Monitoring and Consulting Services or beach related issues.

 

10.  Authorizing the approval and execution of an interlocal services agreement with the City of Ocean City to provide EMS and Fire Suppression Services to the Strathmere Section of the Township of Upper.

12. Authorizing the execution of a subcontract with the County of Cape May for the         Municipal Alliance Program.
